Payment & Cancellation Policy:

• All registrations require a $100 non-refundable deposit
• All registrations require a $50 Fully Refundable Key Deposit given at checkout (separate check please)
• Campers signing up for both sessions must include $200 deposit
• Full Payment due no later than 30 day prior to start of camp
• All registrations within 30 days of the start of the camp require FULL Payment
• $100 refund only if cancelled with in one month of the start of camp

Registration CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES:

Play Great Lacrosse Instructional Camp July 8 -11th:
    Check in starts on Sunday, July 8th at 1:00 PM
    Checkout starts on Wednesday, July 11th at 11:00 AM

Play Great Lacrosse Shooting Skills Academy at Washington and Lee University:
    Check in starts on Sunday at 3:30 PM
    Checkout starts on Wednesday at 11:00 AM

Arrival and Departure Time for Non-Boarders:

Non-boarding campers are asked to arrive at 8:30 am at the registration site and depart between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm from the field location. We will provide a room for day campers to store their gear and rest between sessions. If they leave campus between sessions they must tell a camp director.

Early Arrival: $20 Early arrival lodging fee (the night before camp starts)

Check-Out Time & Procedure:

On the last day of camp check out will take place from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. The morning session starts at 9:00 AM. A camp counselor must check your room before you leave. Each camper must have a clean room and the key turned in before leaving camp.

Camp Store:

The Camp Store is open after each session. You can deposit money in the camp store bank. We will refund the remaining balance of your money when you check out.

Room Assignment Requests:

We do our best to accommodate rooming assignments. Most rooms are singles but we try to put groups near each other to the best of our ability. Please indicate specific rooming needs when you register.

What to Bring to Camp:

-Fan for your room (window AC units not permitted)
-Bedding (regular twin sheets, blankets or sleeping bag and a pillow)
-Towels, Soap & Shampoo
-Plenty of clean socks & clothing for 9 sessions
-All Personal Items and Clothing
-Cleats and Shoes you can wear on the Turf (Basketball, Running or Tennis Shoes)
-Your own lacrosse equipment and mouthpiece
-Swimming suit
