FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due 30 days prior to the start of camp.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: We have a firm $100 non-refundable deposit policy on all registrations
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS TO CAMP START DATE: Registrants who cancel within 30 days of the first day of camp will receive a $100 refund.
MEDICAL OR SERIOUS FAMILY RELATED CANCELLATIONS: In certain cases families must cancel their registration because of injury, injury illness or family emergency. In these cases we will refund the full tuition cost minus the non-refundable deposit.
